We are hiring a Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Shan, India. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's network and computer systems. Your role will involve monitoring network performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and implementing security measures to protect our systems from cyber threats.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Ensure security of the network by implementing firewalls and other security measures
- Perform regular backups of systems to ensure data is not lost in case of system failure
- Identify potential risks or vulnerabilities in the network and implement solutions to mitigate them
- Provide technical support to employees for any network or system related issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improving our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Cisco routers/switches configuration
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and security protocols
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
