Sales Executive - Dubai



A rapidly growing company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. This position is open to Kenyan nationals with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements:
- Kenyan national residing in Dubai preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the industry
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving results
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided
