Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with excellent customer service and leadership skills. They will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining financial stability. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
- Hire, train, and supervise waitstaff and kitchen staff
- Oversee menu planning and ensure high-quality food is consistently served to guests
- Monitor food costs and labor costs to maintain profitability
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant's brand and attract new customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred
