Babysitter for Malayalee Family in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are in need of a caring and responsible Babysitter to join our Malayalee family in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing quality care and supervision to our children while ensuring their safety at all times. You will also play a crucial role in the development and growth of our children by engaging them in fun and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to dietary requirements
- Bathe, dress, and assist with personal hygiene as needed
- Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and outdoor play
- Pick up and drop off children from school or other activities
- Monitor children's behavior and report any concerns or issues to parents
- Maintain open communication with parents about their child's progress or any concerns
- Keep the play area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language
- Must have experience working with young children (ages 2-8)
- Valid biometric passport is required for international travel with the family
- Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Physically fit to keep up with active young children

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). You may occasionally be required to work on weekends or evenings depending on the family's needs. This position does not include accommodation, so it is ideal for someone who already resides in Al-Khor or has their own accommodations.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, paid on a bi-weekly basis.
