A fast-growing company in Lusail is seeking an Administrative Director to join our team. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and visa requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Director or similar role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience working with visa sponsorship preferred
