Blast Furnace Operator


We are seeking a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Zagreb. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces in order to produce iron and steel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the blast furnace operations according to established procedures
- Adjust furnace temperature, oxygen levels, and other factors to maintain efficient production
- Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the blast furnace

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Blast Furnace Operator or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of furnace operations and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation is not provided, so we are seeking candidates who are already located in Zagreb or willing to relocate at their own expense.
