Commercial Architect


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Acre. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and creating designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will also be responsible for managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design plans
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to plans
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review contractor proposals and select appropriate vendors for projects
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects or interns as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role (at least 5 years)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively

Preferred:
- Professional licensure as an architect (if applicable)
- Experience working on commercial projects in Acre or similar cities
- Experience working with Indian clients or on projects specifically for Indian markets
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience working with women-led teams

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month and the opportunity to work on exciting commercial projects in Acre.
