We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Acre, Nepal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Your duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, selecting materials and finishes, and collaborating with contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience working in commercial architecture. Strong design skills, knowledge of building codes and regulations, and proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software are also required. Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate with clients and work collaboratively with a team is essential.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for candidates who meet our requirements. While English proficiency is not required for this role, fluency in Nepali is preferred.
