Job Title: Office Manager
Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Balzers. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth functioning of all administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending out reminders, and preparing meeting materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations
- Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring they are within allocated budget
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly
- Manage office staff schedules and assignments to ensure proper coverage at all times
- Assist in recruiting new employees by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Plan company events or meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: 1500$ per month
