Factory Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi. Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Keep detailed records of machine performance, including any malfunctions or downtime
- Communicate with other team members regarding production goals and progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
