Administrator for International Company (Dickirch)
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our international company in Dickirch. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, maintaining records, and providing general support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide general administrative support to team members
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Collaborate with team members on projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
