Resort Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Resort Manager to oversee all operations at our luxurious resort in Medina. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating with various departments, and overseeing staff training and development. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and strong knowledge of the hospitality industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our resort.

Salary: $1300 per month

City: Medina (Preference for Pakistani or Filipino nationality)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets and maintaining high standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control strategies
- Familiarity with reservation systems, property management software, and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction levels
- Maintain high standards of service quality throughout the resort
- Manage budgets and control costs while achieving revenue targets
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are well-maintained
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth functioning
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff performance
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices
