Construction Project Coordinator

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Dickirch. Your primary role will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to plan and execute construction projects from start to finish. This job is open to Indians who are looking for part-time work without requiring English language skills or previous experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed according to specifications
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Review project plans and blueprints to identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to schedule and quality standards
- Assist in preparing bids and proposals for new construction projects

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- Previous experience in construction management or related field is not necessary but considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, techniques, and equipment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus

Salary: $1700 per month
Location: Dickirch (no accommodation provided)
