Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects in Acre. Your main duties will include managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in construction management, with experience in both residential and commercial projects. You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates
- Lead and manage project teams including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress is on track
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in both residential and commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, subcontractors, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Acre (preference for local candidates)
