Job Title: Experienced Handyman in Nizwa

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Nizwa. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, and replacing light fixtures
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment or appliances to determine the cause of malfunction and make necessary repairs
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, and pipes
- Install new electrical wiring or troubleshoot existing wiring issues
- Complete carpentry tasks such as building shelves, installing cabinets, and repairing furniture
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies as needed
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing or electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with HVAC systems or landscaping maintenance
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment operation
