Preservation Architect for Historical Buildings in Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are seeking a talented and dedicated Preservation Architect to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings in the city. This is a part-time position, perfect for Malayalees or non-native English speakers who are looking for an opportunity to work without the need for English proficiency or prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of historical buildings and create preservation plans
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure proper restoration techniques are used
- Source and select appropriate materials for restoration projects
- Oversee construction and renovation work on historical buildings
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with local preservation guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Fluency in Malayalam (preferred) or any other language besides English
- Knowledge of biometric passport requirements (preferred)
- Experience working with historical buildings (preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.
