Back-End Developer

As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the server-side components of our web applications. You will work closely with our front-end development team to ensure seamless integration of the front-end and back-end systems. Your primary focus will be designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code. You should have a strong understanding of server-side programming languages such as Java or Python, as well as experience with database management systems. Experience with cloud computing platforms and knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side components for web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions
- Ensure code quality and adherence to industry best practices
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in back-end development
- Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Java or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Location: Jerusalem (remote work options available)

Salary: 1500$ per month
