Sales Manager - Indian Market


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As a Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our products and services in the Indian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners in India
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Train and mentor junior sales team members on best practices for selling to the Indian market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Indian culture, business practices, and consumer behavior
- Willingness to travel frequently within India
