As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals looking for part-time work with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate orders from customers and provide recommendations if needed
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments through cash or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant serving Indian cuisine is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
