Entry-level Mason


We are hiring an entry-level Mason to join our team in Bayan. As a Mason, you will work with various materials such as bricks, concrete, and stone to construct walls, buildings, and other structures. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience or with limited experience in the field of masonry. We welcome candidates of all nationalities and genders to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning and leveling the area
- Mix mortar and cement according to specifications
- Lay bricks or other building blocks in courses using various techniques such as spreading mortar, cutting bricks to fit corners, and using plumb lines for alignment
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and polish materials
- Apply sealant or other protective coatings to finished surfaces
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or stones
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred but not required
- Previous experience in masonry is a plus but not required; we will provide on-the-job training
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in masonry
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and endurance to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience and skills.
