Senior Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Ashdod, seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers on projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a leadership role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position. This position is open to all nationalities. As we are seeking someone who can start immediately, candidates currently residing in Ashdod will be given priority. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations if they are willing to relocate at their own expense.
