Senior Architect
Location: Ashdod, Israel


We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead a team. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using CAD software
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from concept to completion
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior architects
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Israel
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Hebrew

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
