Surveyor for Land Development

We are in need of a Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Surveyor for Land Development, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data for land development projects. This role requires a strong understanding of land surveying techniques, as well as experience with surveying equipment and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys
- Utilize surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports
- Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of surveys
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to safety regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Experience using surveying equipment and software
- Strong understanding of land development concepts and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate results under tight deadlines
