As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of our luxury hotel in Acre, Canada. Your main duty will be to assist the concierge in ensuring that all guest requests and inquiries are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures
- Answer phone calls and respond to all guest inquiries, providing accurate information and recommendations as needed
- Assist with booking reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services requested by guests
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation options to assist guests with their plans
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to the concierge if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests as needed
- Coordinate with other hotel departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the concierge, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

Requirements:
- Canadian citizenship or valid work permit in Canada
- Fluent in English (French language skills are an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
