We are hiring an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land areas for development projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that land is properly prepared for construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys using various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collecting data on land features and boundaries using advanced surveying techniques
- Analyzing survey data and creating detailed maps and reports
- Identifying potential issues or obstacles that may affect construction projects
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure accuracy and quality of survey work
- Keeping detailed records of survey data and maintaining equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying instruments and software
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
