Loader Supervisor (Egyptian Nationals)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo and ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and ensure that all tasks are completed within given timelines
- Conduct pre-loading checks to ensure that cargo is properly secured and all safety protocols are followed
- Monitor loading operations to ensure that cargo is handled with care and in accordance with company standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Train new loaders on safe handling techniques and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national with English language proficiency
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a loader or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Good understanding of loading procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends

Salary:
1200$ per month
