Machine Operator

We are a manufacturing company in the city of Al-Rayyan and we are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery to ensure efficient production. Your tasks will include monitoring machines, conducting regular quality checks, and making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Machine Operator and be familiar with different types of machinery. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machinery during production process
- Monitor machines for any malfunctions or defects
- Conduct regular quality checks and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Complete production reports and maintain records of machine performance
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Rayyan
