Waiter/Waitress



We are a busy restaurant located in Manama looking for an experienced and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Assist with setting up tables, clearing plates, and resetting tables for the next guest
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $900 per month
