Handyman/Handywoman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Handywoman to join our team in Remish, India. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and repairing appliances
- Complete basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves and repairing furniture
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems including pipes, faucets, and toilets
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is done in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman/Handywoman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working on ladders or elevated surfaces
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Must be able to work full time with occasional weekend or evening hours

Salary: 1200$ per month with accommodation provided.
