Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Ufa, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office complexes, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their functional and aesthetic goals for commercial building projects
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction based on client requirements
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
