We are searching for an experienced Glazier to join our team in Shan, Kenya. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing glass windows, doors, and other glass surfaces in residential and commercial buildings. You must have experience working with various types of glass and be familiar with different glazing techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to fit specified dimensions
- Install glass panels in frames or on building exteriors using hand or power tools
- Replace broken or damaged glass panels
- Use sealants to secure and weatherproof windows and doors
- Follow safety procedures while working with glass
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of glass, tools, and techniques used in glazing
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time and heavy lifting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
