Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes according to company and safety guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes and report any malfunctions
- Communicate with ground crew and follow hand signals to ensure safe and accurate movements
- Inspect lifting gear before use and properly secure loads for transport
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of crane operation preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow company protocols

Compensation:
