Team Lead


As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that they meet their goals and objectives. You will work closely with upper management to develop strategies and implement processes to improve team performance and achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Develop training plans for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular coaching to team members
- Monitor team performance metrics and report progress to upper management
- Identify opportunities for growth within the team and provide recommendations for promotions or changes in responsibilities
- Handle any conflicts or issues that arise within the team in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to the team's function

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably as a Team Lead or similar position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of meeting targets and improving team performance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is located in Dickirch, Luxembourg.
