Team Lead - Manufacturing
As the Team Lead for our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and managing a team of production workers. Your main goal will be to ensure that all production targets are met on time while maintaining quality standards and promoting a safe working environment.

Your duties will include monitoring production schedules, assigning tasks to team members, and providing guidance and support to ensure that all processes are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for training new team members and conducting performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong leadership skills. You must also have excellent communication abilities and be able to effectively delegate tasks while maintaining a positive working relationship with your team.
