Construction Manager for Indian Nationals in Al-Kuwait



We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Select and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely project completion
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with contractors, subcontractors, and clients

Salary:
1500$ per month

Location:
Al-Kuwait - preference for Indian nationals currently residing in the city.

Employment Type:
Full time - 40 hours per week.
