Our luxury resort in Nairobi, Kenya is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our resort's culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that reflect the local culture and ingredients while also catering to international tastes
- Oversee all food production, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained at all times
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Malayalee language skills preferred)
- Valid work permit for Kenya (visa sponsorship available for non-Kenyan nationals)
