Hotel Sales Manager
Our luxury hotel in Acre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that all sales goals are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Build relationships with potential clients through various channels such as trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Create attractive packages and promotions to entice potential customers
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet goals
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience
- Prepare sales reports for management review
- Train and mentor junior sales staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of local market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
Salary: $1000/month (plus commission)
Location: Acre, Israel
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English.
