Hotel Sales Manager - Acre, Israel

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Acre, Israel. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, maintaining relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date with market trends and competition.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage a team of sales professionals and provide coaching and training as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of revenue management principles
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
