Technical Support Specialist

We are a growing tech company based in Jerusalem seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service abilities. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment, and includes accommodation for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various devices
- Diagnose network connectivity problems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our system
- Stay updated on new products and technologies to provide accurate support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus
- Fluent English proficiency is required

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Jerusalem
