Welder - Full Time (Visa Sponsorship Available)



A well-established construction company in Isa Town is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team on a full-time basis. We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately welding various metal components according to blueprints and specifications. This requires strong attention to detail, technical skills, and physical stamina to perform the job duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Measure and mark materials for welding using measuring tools and layout techniques
- Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, stick and spot welders
- Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure they meet required standards
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with equipment or materials used in the welding process
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while working with hot metals and heavy machinery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Welder in a similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick) and ability to use various tools/equipment effectively
- Physical stamina to work with heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under pressure
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
