We are a leading architecture and design firm based in Remish, seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and creating innovative designs for various projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient execution of designs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Experience with project management and coordination
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve

Responsibilities:

- Develop conceptual designs and create detailed drawings using various software programs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the design process
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful execution of designs
- Research materials, products, and construction techniques to incorporate into project designs
- Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design proposals
- Review construction documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain project schedules and budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, building codes, regulations, etc.
