Office Manager for International Company in Herzliya

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join our international team in Herzliya. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Your duties will include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, handling administrative tasks, and supervising support staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent organization and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have at least 2 years of experience as an office manager. Fluency in English is required. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management
- Support HR department with onboarding new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an office manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Fluency in English is required
