We are hiring an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling administrative tasks, and supervising office staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage schedules for employees and clients
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
- Manage travel arrangements for employees as needed
