Restaurant Manager - Malayalees Only (Clairvaux, France)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager who is fluent in Malayalam to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Clairvaux, France. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from customer service to financial management. Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff and ensuring quality customer service
- Create and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members

- Handle inventory control and manage food and beverage costs
- Monitor employee performance and provide training and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee fluent in Malayalam (English proficiency is a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred
