Indian Administrator in Nairobi
We are seeking an experienced Indian Administrator to join our team in Nairobi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$. As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Create and maintain records, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Assist with travel arrangements and visa applications
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (no English required jobs)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
