As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You must also have experience in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control to ensure the profitability of the restaurant. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential as you will be leading a team of cooks and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Our ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Indian cuisine, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to adapt to changing customer preferences.
