Software Tester


As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through rigorous testing. Your role will involve identifying and reporting issues, working closely with developers to resolve them, and conducting various types of testing including functional, regression, and performance testing. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to identify potential problems and suggest solutions. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide clear reports on test results.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct various types of testing on software products to identify issues
- Create detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Execute tests and report any defects or bugs found
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not cause new problems
- Collaborate with team members to improve testing processes and procedures
- Provide clear reports on test results to stakeholders
- Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience in writing clear and concise test plans and test cases
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
