Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in the construction or mining industry. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Complete pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Perform tasks such as grading, digging, and loading materials
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to project deadlines and goals

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of various types of heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (candidates from other African countries may also apply)
