Indian Pastry Chef in Al-Kuwait


We are seeking a skilled and creative Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional and modern Indian desserts and pastries. Your main goal will be to provide our customers with delicious and visually appealing sweet treats while maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian desserts and pastries, including Gulab Jamun, Ras Malai, Jalebi, and more
- Develop new dessert recipes that cater to the local palette
- Decorate and present desserts in an attractive manner
- Ensure all desserts are prepared according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen at all times
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new pastry team members on proper techniques and recipes
- Follow food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Pastry Chef or similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of Indian sweets, desserts, and pastry techniques
- Creativity in developing new dessert recipes with traditional flavors
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail for plating and presentation
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary: 1400$ per month
