Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve creating and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
To excel in this position, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as a proven track record of successful sales management. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales management role with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with other departments
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
Salary:
Starting salary is $1000 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
